Social.io connects brands with creators and verifies the work. We earn from subscriptions and a 10% commission — the ad price goes straight from brand to creator.

| Launch a campaign | Brand → Social.io: 10% commission (Telebirr) | Orders reach creators only after the commission payment is confirmed. |
| Creator accepts | — | Within 24h. The brand then sees the creator’s payment details. |
| Pay the creator | Brand → creator directly | Brand pays the creator’s price (Telebirr/bank) and marks it paid; the creator confirms receipt. |
| Draft & publish | — | Brand approves the draft (auto-approved after 48h). We verify the live post link and disclosure label. |
| Declined / expired orders | Commission → account credit | If a creator declines or doesn’t deliver, your commission is returned as credit for your next campaign (or auto-used for a replacement). |
| Disputes | — | Our team reviews within 72h. Bad actors are suspended; commission can be credited back. |
